By far this is the worst (so called smart phone, if that's what they call it at Samsung) phone I have ever used; a complete disaster and a waste of my money. Where do I start? .. Battery? (Extremely poor; worst performance ever!) ..over-all slow performance and tends to freeze. There is never ending offer of applications upgrade, and all that hogs memory; not forgetting to mention the stress on the poor performing battery! It is not one year old yet since I bought this phone and it is such a disappointment! ..I am done with Samsung products and also with Android.

rophoz, 11 Mar 2014may phone got locked due to wrong pattern what can i do? Just shut it down, then hold the home key at the center and the volume key simultaneously and then power it on. then select wipe data with the volume keys and then ok. the patterns will be reset. IT WILL DELETE ALL APPS TOO!

psease try to boot it in recvery mode
to do this shut down your phone then press the power key+home key+volume up key for about 5 seconds and release.wait untill recovery mode appears then using the volume down key select "wipe data" -to select use home key-then select "reboot now"
NOTE:All your data in will be lost including apllications but music files and video files will not be lost
Your phone is just as you bought it with default settings
