I made my galaxy pocket hard reset and then it worked but just that it restarted and saw a screen which requires to touch the android icon, I started touching it but nothing is happening even I already touched it a hundred times. Why is that? Please help me fix this problem!

worst phone of my life i ave returned it to where i bought it,the screen is always freezing its for the fourth time now since its been fixed ,and m very frustrated coz i love the phone features,plz do somethng about the freezing thing or do put a keypad for when it start to freeze.

This phone takes too long to open the dialing menu, sometimes it takes 20 minutes before I am able to place a call. And the phone is very close to vanilla, so no "its full of apps" excuse. AVOID IF POSSIBLE. Because a phone that cannot call effectively... well its not a phone, its a toy. AVOID THIS PHONE, ITS A FRIGGIN TOY; NOT SUITABLE FOR EMERGENCIES
