My sumsung pocket is block with more than 3 attempts wrong password entered.
What must i do to unlock the my phone. Can't operate it at the moment, because the phone is lock.

I made my galaxy pocket hard reset and then it worked but just that it restarted and saw a screen which requires to touch the android icon, I started touching it but nothing is happening even I already touched it a hundred times. Why is that? Please help me fix this problem!

worst phone of my life i ave returned it to where i bought it,the screen is always freezing its for the fourth time now since its been fixed ,and m very frustrated coz i love the phone features,plz do somethng about the freezing thing or do put a keypad for when it start to freeze.
