I have had the phone couple months and only thing I find with it is that you cant type message at times its like it freezes but other than that I love the phone

vick, 07 Aug 2013my phone dosent do vibration ,whats wrong pls help.may be due to loose connection between the motor. Slap it a little and it may work, to take to a repair shop, it won't cost you much.

My galaxy pocket has been working very well for the past 7 months. 2 day ago it just switched off automatically and its showing an icon of charging even if it is not connected to a charger or pc. Secondly if I connect it to my pc with a usb cable the pc reads, "Unknown USB device". What can I do to resolve this problem.

Ivyghee, 05 Aug 2013could somebody plez help me out my phone is locked coz my cousin tried to figure out my patter... moreTurn it off. Try to simultaneously press Home button + Volume up button + Power key. When you get into recovery mode, the touchscreen is not working that time and you gonna choose 'wipe data/factory reset' by Volume down button and select with Home button. After done resetting the phone, choose 'reboot system now'. There you go but everything in your phone except the SIM is wiped unless you remove the SD Card before you reset it.

Its so simple.
Turn your phone off, press the volume +(up) key and the menu key simulatenously together then press the power key all three combined.
It will power on in a boot way then choose on the options but the bad thing with this you will lose your installed software but your music + videos + images wont be affected meaning it wont affect the SD Card.

I am using this phone from 1 year, this is very good for me. i haven't noticed any problem, the net speed is very good sound quality is well, but camera is not so good, battery life is awesome. Not hangs like another androids.
All over this is value for money.
