my galaxy pocket is not opening even i charge it it doesn't even charge the screen is just black and nothing happens when i charge or when opening it what should i do?

I have been using it for a year now and exactly after one year's warranty got over, it started giving me problems. Even before that I had display problems and some minor bugs. Now the mobile is not getting switched on at all. Though it's cost is very reasonable and the mob is user friendly, one year is very short a period.

Pls help me anybody with good heart about my probem. I can't play any video after i used "Clean Master (cleaner)". Although my videos saved on my phone are no problem to play. But after I used that Apps., didn't play any of new video. Esp., new download videos can't play and even my Camera is black screen.
I try to shoot a video on AndroVid apps., and Error report by AndroVid is;
Camera failed
"ErrorMessageHandler.HandleMessage (-2)

the phone is quite good . with great securite . it a wow i like that you can crack it when stollen

yes this is a very handy phone especially in size. its 3.5G is ok and all features are fine...but... problem is that this phone easily loses network especially when reception is low, it loses out while others still hang on at least a bar, worst problem is that this phone gets very very slow refreshing itself, memory seems to be too low.Honestly its too low, when data is active, other services get too slow. please do not have many apps downloaded, keep it basic and simple otherwise you will get irritated when it cannot open the dial pad for atleast 45 seconds. good phone though but those two issues

When midway thru composing an email, it goes to the outbox b4 hitting send button.
And when trying to regain access using forward to or reply to finish or edit the wording , nothing shows in text box.
But am really upset by double tap needed when making calls, when a digit is reqd to choose from an autoi select menu & keypad fails to reappear & connection is cutoff.
Basically this contraption is junk when compared with Blackberry models

hello my people, please kindly help me on storage of my samsung galaxy pocket. i have used 344mb out of my 3gm internal memory card and it remains 666mb but it is very difficult for my phone to download some applications that are up to 20mb and i still have external memory of 2g. please what can i do to solve this problem?
