carlito, 06 Feb 2016my phone is lock,need to unlock,i forgot the password.charge your phone to %100 and shut down your phone and press sound up +home button +power button and wait some second and select wipe data via use sound buttons[up or down) go to yes via press power button and wait some minutes and your phone is also as new but this operation may cause wipe(delete)your all document[music photo etc]. if you have problem contact with me via hkoc-20@hotmail.com
