my galaxy pocket has a problem. i cant figure it out if it is network or the settings. i cant access internet because it show no connection even though i am connected to wifi. and if i try to use youtube or facebook app. internet works. what could i do to enable the internet app to work. thank you

My SPG turns off automatically!! And i tried to format my phone and after that the same problem occurs.. It keeps on switching off automatically.. I bought this phone 5 months ago and this is the first time that i've experience this problem.. does anyone has the same problem? What should i do in order to back my phone to normal condition.. please help me.. I'm from Philippines.. Your help will be much appreciated..
