If your Pocket powers down randomly, remove the battery to ensure your SIM card is firmly in place. You may try securing it in place with a piece of tape.

please my whatsapp had expired when i try to update it ,it tells me retrieving error.apart from that when i try also to download things from the internet it tells me retrieving error .sake of that i cant do downloading

This phone going hang when storage almost full just because the RAM is too small. please don't update playstore or cancel update when it automatically updated. Also always check file and delete something like audio, photos, voice notes, etc if using Whatsapp or other app that can't move sdcard.
To manage your storage, download AppMgr 3 and Clean Master on playstore.

Also it alwayssays memory full. W... morei am also encountering same problem with internal memory , first take backup of all files using samsung kies. Now take a backup of files regarding google play store & google play services now save these files on computer or wherever you want , now factory reset your phone . now install these backup file of google play store & google play services .But i seriously advice you to purchase a memory card so that you may transfer apps on it
last but not the least .....this phone has become outdated with its time ..it has provided excellent features in its capability . So i advice you to purchase a new phone ....beacuse this problem can come again

I have this phone since 2012 and no complain still working nice, but now u cannot find it, it is getting old and out of produce. Anyway satisfied with it. it seems to me like my close frienf and dont want to loose and change it.
