Thats why at first place when you bought it, it gave you the option to add an account. If you didnt add a convinient account to your phone, you must then reboot or hard reset it

may i know with all these complaints about this samsung galaxy pocket what are u also soing about it, because this phone always hangs up, i need to put off and restart it serveral times before and even network goes off very often why,so now alot of people are affriad of going in for that phone. plse do something about it. thanks
