download Samsung Kies from official samsung site.
The phone is great it is better in comparation with iPhone3GS,but it has a little problem with apps,installation are made on the phone ,not all the apps are installed on the SD if you have it.in rest the phone it is great

I purchased a phone Galaxy pop since 3 weeks ago and is working very well It's nice phone , but since the days I was surprised that my files do not open and when that open the do not enter the files Note that Memory phone in size of the 97 mega is empty and possessed also i have memory size 8 giga, so Please, reply and thank you

apps like dropbox,facebok friendscaster works awesome....without any problem....
use go launcher ex for changing themes UI..
on the whole...rocking phone ,i have it n i injoy it....
