Rogers Wireless has this device confirmed for a Q3 launch. It's being considered a Smartphone Lite and will be available with or without data.

I find it hard to believe that a Samsung Galaxy Q would be running Froyo. If this phone was to be released, it would need to be at least Gingerbread, because of the Google Nexus S being Gingerbread. And even more so if the Galaxy S gets an update to Gingerbread...
