This phone sucks! Sorry I bought it. A real pain to navigate, mind of it's own, and puny battery.
Wouldn't buy again.

If you want a few more then 10 additional apps, don't get this phone cause at a point it will say low internal phone storage when I only have 7 or 8 apps download it won't let be get more and the downloaded ones average out to 2mb each

Kevin, 15 Feb 2012Setting -> Wireless and Networks -> mobile networks -> use only 2G networks -> enable itThat seems to make a difference. Also turning off "packet something or other" (by FIDO tech) stopped the constant internet prowling. Thanks for your input.

Battery life is a joke, even on standby. Does anyone know why my phone keeps telling me I have tried to access the mobile internet without a data plan? I do not use the net unless I am in a wifi hotspot, and I certainly never try to access the web at other times. Yesterday I had the phone charging on the passenger seat in my van, and it started bleeping to tell me the same stupid message. No wonder my battery doesn't last - the phone has a mind of its own and is dialing out without my knwledge - go figure!!!

It was fine last night but this morning the call and messaging app was gone so I turned of the phone, and the call app was back but the messaging app was in the app menu and I can't movie it back into the bar at the bottom of the screen...does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?

I'm with fido and am paying $25 a month and am posting this from my phone I find it is an overall good phone but sometimes will frezze or not respond and will have to take the battery out also the barrery will last a long time on standby but during use battery goes quickly. Also the andriod aspect if it is very useful downloading widgets and apps that are very helpful it is also wifi enabled so if you have wifi or are somewhere with wifi you can browse the internet for free I would recamend this phone if you want something fairly up to date and "cool" at a low cost.

i have had to reset my phone multiple times.
