i like samsung
they don't care what people say about their products they just make whatever they want.
people if you don't like it don't buy it no one makes you buy this one so keep calm.
This is the most stupid thing i have seen.. and most importantly.. people are praising this.
Wat is teh practical purpose or curved phone? This phone is not even flexible fanboys.
Jitsu, 10 Oct 2013Glass was curved, not the screen. That's a BIG difference. This time the Samsung used a Super Flexible AMOLED unit with Full HD resolution. "Undoubtedly, the biggest highlight of the Samsung Galaxy Round is its curved display. The latter is a 5.7” Super Flexible AMOLED unit with Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels). You may remember that back in the day the Samsung-made Nexus S also had a slight curve going on, but in that case it was just the screen glass that was curved, and not the panel itself."
this phone has super flexible amoled display!not curved glass!nexus s had curved glass in 2011!
Finally purchased......its great...lets see if i get troubles furthe.

Kristofferson, 10 Oct 2013Doesn't look like it'll appeal to the mass. But don't hate. I think they're doing this to mast... moreTherefore, why should people buy this if it's not yet complete or just a prototype?
Doesn't look like it'll appeal to the mass. But don't hate. I think they're doing this to master the flexible OLEDs. They need to start somewhere. If you have seen their concepts back in early 2013, flexible OLEDs have the potential to revolutionize the ergonomic design of smartphones/tablets/tv etc. With the increasing size of smartphones nowadays, it would be great if Samsung can make a flexible "flip" smartphone so it can easily fit in the pocket. Imagine folding the huge 5.7" Note 3 in half so it fits easily in the pocket.
