I would be the same. Hopefully you will get it soon. Keep checking in settings. I dont understand why this update wasn't announced. I wasn't expecting another update until July for security patch.

Yesterday, I got received a second june update which is about 300+mb, and before a few days a got first june update, so there are two june updates in a small period of time which I received. I must say that wifi problems are totally fixed with that last update from yesterday and the battery lasts longer. So, I really recommend this update. Good job Samsung.

Where are you from? Samsung pushes updates out. But its up to the networks to push them to thier phones.

I got june update on May and so did many other users. You should have got it by now. Keep checking manually for it in settings. This update was a surprise to me as I hadn't read that they were pushing it out. You will get it. Takes tme to get to everyone. But i don't blame you for being frustrated.

There are plenty videos out thier with step by step instructions to install Android 10. It would take too long to to explain it on forum. Better getting visual help then you can see how its done. Good luck.

Tim, 10 Jun 2020Please someone should help me. I just bought a used S10+ shipped from abroad here in Nigeria ... moreJust keep checking in setting for software update. Because you bought its a used phone sometimes problems come with it. You can flash it through odin and install it yourself. But things can go wrong if not knowing what to do. So that would be last resort. Just keeping checking everyday for update. It might take few weeks before you get it. If not them contact samsung and explain to them.

I just bought a used S10+ shipped from abroad here in Nigeria ... moreI guess you brought an Carrier locked phone or non update model, try factory reset and try again for the update, if it does not work then you have to update it manually and that will be a tough one to explain, first see if you can get it from a factory reset otherwise I will guide you with manual update.
