I went through the process and was able to wipe the cache partition. Seems there's improvement both in battery and temperature of the phone! Hope even if I update d February security patch, I don't need to factory reset? Thank you very much once again for ur continuous assistance. Thank u very much.

Seen video of it on youtube. Maybe months down the line I might buy it. But only owning s10 plus over 5 months I will stay with it for now. But its tempting after seeing video of all three. It will be my next phone:-D

Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key all same time.
When the green Android logo displays, release all keys (‘Installing system update’ will show for about 30 – 60 seconds before showing the Android system recovery menu options).
Press the Volume down key several times to highlight ‘wipe cache partition’.
Press Power button to select.
Press the Volume down key until ‘yes’ is highlighted and press the Power button.
When the wipe cache partition is complete, “Reboot system now” is highlighted.
Press the Power key to restart the device. That should solve your problem. And like I said in my last comment you can take it to samsung service centre and have it checked by them.

You can do that in settings. I remember commenting that to you on early post. Just follow the instructions. . Backup all your stuff first. I would advice you not to flash your phone via odin. If not done probably it can brick your phone. So that's not a wise choice. Also check your apps. There could be one misbehaving that's causing the lagging. If all else fails take it to service centre and they will check it for you.

I've only owned s10 plus just just over 5 months. I will stay with it for now. I'm in no hurry to buy another phone for now. I'm still loving s10 plus.

How time flies. Now we have the Galaxy S20. S10+ has done wonderfully well with me and it's been excellent. It's the exynos version. I am planning to upgrade to the S20 Snapdragon this time.. S10+ is still a very good buy at the moment. I recommend it.

To do it, press and hold the volume down and power keys at the same time for 10 seconds or until the logo shows on the screen. Hope this helps.

Please check it ... moreNo. Screen recordering cant record video recording either by whattsapp or ordinary calls.. You can send text mgs while on screen recording. Also you can see yourself while screen recording. Think it's mainly for gamers

I like the good camera and the stylus for surfing web pages. But for the price you have to pay, why can they not make a Note that is a water resistant/proof shockproof phone with a replaceable battery compartment.
Its just corporate greed to sell more phones. One reason I have not bought a new Note phone in the last years, (I am still using a note 4 today) is the not beaning easily able to swap the battery. I have looked at possibly replacing it are Sonim XP8, Samsung XCOVER FIELDPRO that come with removable batteries. I would take the hit in the performance drop so I can have the ability to swap out the battery with a cheap aftermarket one. (16 dollars for one Canadian for my Samsung Galaxy note 4)
Maybe the Note 11 will have a removable battery..I can still use my note 4 until then...I hope ;-)
