HardReset will help to clean wipe Data and clear caches from root level try this to get ur phone work like BEAST

It seems that after sales support in your area must be non existent which is surprising. I would have thought that if your carrier is unwilling to co-operate then direct contact with Samsung should bring results. Very strange and totally unsatisfactory. I am assuming of course that you have gone back to your place of purchase.

Androidaddict28, 12 Dec 2019I got an update notification today but I shall stick to Pie until Android 10 is stable. Android 10 is working fine now for me. But if your not sure about it just wait a while before downloading it. My battery is good now. Like the extra features. Just have to wait to get my paid themes updated. Apart from that everything seems fine. Like the diff edge lighting that's been added as I use it for mgs , email, gmail and other notifications.

Bringing it into an AT&T shop has not worked, and the online portal hasn't helped much either. Unless you have another suggestion, how about keeping things civil, eh? As it is an unlocked phone, I'm not sure there is much my carrier is willing to do. And there are no Samsung service facilities in my area.

It's not that difficult.....unless yours is not a genuine Samsung.

I have had a SM-G975U1 1tb model for the last 8 months, and it has developed a worrying flaw. At times it will work perfectly fine, and then while loading a mobile game, gmail, or browsing chrome, the phone will crash and reboot. After booting, it will still be relatively unstable and it usually takes a hard reboot to get it functioning well again. It also shows intermittent pixel artifacting appearing as short green or blue bars scattered in a broken line across the screen. I can only assume this may be indicative of a hardware issue. The phone also tends to restart whenever it is plugged in to charge. I have tried booting into the dev menu to clear the cache and have also performed a factory reset numerous times. This phone has not been through any hard falls, and it's been used in the same car mount as my old note 5 which itself didn't experience any heat related problems from sun exposure. At this point I'm turned off by such a pricey phone turning into such a lemon. Im curious if samsung support can do anything for this, or if I just need to switch brands to something more reliable. While I'd give my old note 5 a solid B any day of the week in terms of reliability, this flagship s10+ is at a D- and sinking fast.

..The best handset you could ever ask for, I mean..big display, water resistance, massive battery, headphone jack, wireless charging..there's no better device that could hand all these to you in one go.

Anonymous, 11 Dec 2019You need to factory reset with big update.I did a factory reset to. I backup all my stuff before doing it. It solved the problems. Just waiting on my paid themes to get updated. But apart from that it's ok. Battery is lasting longer so far. I'm keeping an eye on it. But it will need few updates to make it run even smoother like any updates we get.

Maybe it will take few months to smooth out. I use whattsapp with friends. But popup view for mgs is not supported in android 10. But I found away around that. So happy with that. Samsung music player is not white anymore. Its coloured now with what ever song I play which is good. QR reader not working. But that's not a big problem. I think I was very skeptic of this update. But after getting these few problems solved i feel bit better with it. So I apologise for my rants on forum about android 10. I don't want to put users off from updating. Not every user will have problems or may never have problems with it. So I hope other users will disregard my comments that I posted as now my mind has changed about android 10. Thanks.
