WOW! 1TB is a lot more than enough. Galaxy S22 Ultra should be likely launch with 1TB built-in storage like S10+ does.

Or move them to laptop or computer. If not you can keep wiping cache partion and rebooting phone once a week . Hopefuly the problem will work itself in.

The S10+ is 60 hz so you can't just force it on
