Azo, 13 Apr 2021Don’t update the apps, update only those apps which you see you have problem with or if they m... moreWe need to update apps after big software updates. It needs to keep apps compatible and to run smooth with the latest firmware. Also security updates are important. This was a one off problem with mine which is solved now. I got 3.1 update yesterday on my note 10 plus and had no problems at all with it. Or it could have been a slight cilche that caused it.

I did have a problem with phone turning off updatimg apps in galaxy store. I couldn't get it to come back on again for min or so. Also in playstore updating other apps my phone turned of and restarted. Everything is great now. I wiped cache partition. So it's running smooth now. That's why I commented about it just incase someone else had the same problem. I have never had that problem before with any update. Or maybe it could have been an app that caused it. Anyways. All fine now:)

I tried both phones and S21 U is one year ahead and it is serious and powerful phone. Better screen, better cameras, better battery, CPU, performance, design and etc... Note 20 U isn't even match with S20 series. It is weird phone. But you should try both phones to decide.

enuma, 09 Apr 2021Any update for s10+ in April? I bought s21+it's a great phone with good batter life S10 keeps turning off when updating apps. I will wipe cache partition to see if that solves it. Just be careful with the April update.

While updating phone just turned off. Took me few seconds to get it to come on again. Then when updating apps from Play store phone turned off and restated. It's never done this before. So maybe it could be the update as it only happened after April update. Just thought I'd let you know.

I bought s21+it's a great phone with good batter life Went into settings on s10 plus and got April update with camera improvements. 407.71mbs .My note 10 plus is stuck on Febuaray patch update. No 3.1 update for it either. My S10 plus got the 3.1 update and now April security update . Strange my other phone hasn't received it......
