Hook your phone up to laptop or computer and boot into recovery mode. It will get rid of any rold esidule files left over. Reboot your phone once a week. Its good for battery.

In my country only have exynos version, i dont... moreS20 Fe looks like a better choice as it have 120hz Refresh rate and good camera and it’s under a good price, S10+ is also good but if you want more smoothness and new design go for S20 Fe.

My phone is a year and a month old now and just updated to Android 11 One UI 3. Battery life seems to decrease as it drained 20% in the first hour - just on standby. My I.T. friend told me to give it a week as it is studying my phone usage behavior so it can adjust. Let's see...

Those two S10+ and Note10+ are really special and they have traditional metal frame and curved sides and screen with glass and ceramic back. Samsung forgot those pretty body colors and whole palette of vivid and glamurous colors. S20,Note20 lines and new S21 line don't have interesting body colors for everyone. It is all dark and blackish/grayish. Thumb up for Note10+ 5G 512GB Aura Glow. Today I took off rugged protective silver case from my S10+ and get transparent case and that ceramic mirror finish is just beautiful.

I would also choose 5G 512GB on Note 10 series. S pen can be useful of course. Which color is your Note 10 5G?

My husband was using it while his phone gets fixed. The big display and slightly bigger battery and internal storage and super fast charging I find it good. But my s10 plus I use mostly. At least s10 plus got 3.1 update were as note 10 plus hasn't recieved it. I'm.keeping it for work because s pen is handy. S10 plus is my personal phone.. But I like them both in different ways.

Anonymous, 20 Mar 2021is this a good buy now in 2021??I've been using it well.over a year and Performance wise it's running smooth. Camera is fine. Battery is good. I have had no problems. I can get over a day on battery depending gow often I'm on my phone. Its still a good buy for 2021. Hope this helps.

Yes, there are better phones like Mate 40, P40 series, S21+,S21 Ultra...But for me this phone is really good with 12GB/1TB storage. If you have a drone or you like to take videos this memory is enormous. I will wait to see Z Fold 3 with S pen or LG rollable. Those are phones for future not Galaxy S or Note series. I like P40 Pro(+) and S21 Ultra because of cameras and nice bodies and screens but they don't compensate the price with poor memory options except 512GB models but that is twice as less than 1TB which I have.
You will get 1 to 1.5 days of battery life on S10+ with heavy use and every aspect of phone is very good or great. It is worth to buy but up to 500$.

I hope it solves her heating problems. I suggest you do a factory reset after installing i the update. Backup everything up before doing it.i

She should reboot her s10 plus ever... moreI have restarted, wipe cache from recovery mode but heating is still there as she is an heavy user so that might be the problem but in normal use it heats so couldn't do anything on it, downloading One UI 3.1 from Odin is a large amount of time to take out, just hope it would come to overcome this problem as a regular update didn't get the job done.
