But what about your monthly security updates? You won't get them. Then your phone will have loads of problems. Monthly updates is important . Its like your computer or laptop, Do you update them? Yout really not getting the best out of your phone. 2.1 is old now. It's better to keep your phone updated with the newest security update. Apps will be updated for 3.0. If you don't update your apps then they won't work properly. But like I said that's your choice which your entitled to.

Just posting comment after updating 3.0 . Running really smooth. I like extra features. Edge lighting has changed. Can't set different colours for emails, messages etc. I miss that which was good on 2.5. But its not a big thing. Battery so far is just the same as on 2.5. No heating issues so far. The annoying thing I found is booting into recovery mode which can't do unless I have earphones plugged in. So maybe samsung will fix this in next update.

Azo, 31 Jan 2021I thought you have update to One UI 3.0, stay on One 2.5 it’s better in many ways. With samsung now re releasing the update again I think I will install it when and if I receive it. But so far I haven't received it yet. Probably won't get it for few weeks.

Playing games will heat your phone up. I have only games on my tablet. Not in my phone. I'm not a big gamer. As for 3.0 update, I haven't received it yet anyway.

Alitaghavi, 29 Jan 2021S10+ 512GB storage has only ceramic version or has prism colour too?I believe there were some samples with prism colours in S10+ 512GBs because I saw it on Internet reviews but were advertised as ceramic only in official Samsung statement. And today newest samples of S10+ 128GB are coming in ceramic black and prism although were only prism with 128GB at the very beggining of launch. I have ceramic 1TB and there is no way I will ever choose glass vs ceramic in same model. For me only ceramic because it is pretty and durable.

Maggi, 30 Jan 2021Samsung will probably send out update to solve the heating problems. Samsung is the culprit, heating is everywhere from S10 plus to S21 Ultra, stay on One 2.5 you will be happy, don't update, roll back.
