Also you can try clearing cache partition in recovery mode. If all else fails get intouch with samsung online.

Go into apps and press 3 dots on right hand corner. Scroll down to call and press it. Go into storage and clear cache. Then reboot your phone.

No such problems here on S10+ I believe neither on Note 10 Plus. Operator can setup the mobile network for your number. It can be 100 reasons with mobile network and settings on ther side. If you have changed SIM and try everything with operator/proviser then do FR and sell it.

My phone note 10 plus started loosing network connection, incoming and outgoing calls not working. It was repaired by an approved Samsung tech in August 2020. They changed the motherboard. Now the same problem started again. Is this problem happening only to my phone or other people do have same experience ? What should I do next?

I'm.postimg this comment to discuss battery. I understand ppl need to save battery. Turning this and that off will defeat the purpose of using a smartphone. But ppl are so worried about battery they are not enjoying thier phone. its useless paying high price for a smartphone but not enjoying the benefits of the great features in it. Just a thought... No offence towards anyone. I'm.just trying to explain My Advice to anyone who are having battery drain. Rebooting your phone once a week helps battery to last longer. I keep having to emphasise this. I do it every week. Also check all apps. A rougue app can interfer which can cause battery problems. To anyone just enjoy your phone and the features it entails. Keep topping your battery up with quick small charges during the day.

1) Use Dark Mode always
2) Choose black wallpaper for both home and lock screen.
3) Switch off Always on display
4) Put Wifi on manually connect.
5) Set location off
6) Turn off lift to wake, double tap to wake, smart stay and smart alert.
7) Set of Automatically back up and restore data.
8) Switch off automatic brightness
9) Put Screen time out for 30secs and Resolution to FHD
10) Dont close background apps that you always need.

Maggi, 01 Jan 2021Apparently rollout 3.0 starts in January. What countries get it first im not sure. Germany and Switzerland first of course, it will start anytime now as Note 10 Series based on Android 11 is rolling out now in some countries.

Overall, it's an excellent phone. With jack 3.5, the only cons is the ugly long selfie cam, which discouraged me from buying it. I instead took the note 9.

[deleted post]You would have to get it repaired by tech at samsung centre. There are other places that would repair it. But better getting it done by samsung to be on safe side.

Anonymous, 22 Dec 2020they said usb port is 3.1 but Windows 10 only recognizes as 3.0, using 3.1 Gen 2 cable.With the charger its USB 2.0 and it is compatible with USB 3.0 where you can charge little fast and go for Samsung Dex Experience.
