Entropy, 28 Jul 2020Also, should I disable 'adaptive battery' option? I have read on XDA forums that it ... moreYes if you want to . But with Adaptive Battery, your phone will prevent apps from drainging your battery while you're not using them. It will keep learning and keep making your phone more battery efficient as you keep using your apps. But some ppl disable it. I have mine enabled. Its really up to you. Its your choice. Everyone us different .

Needs a few charges and discharges before it reaches optimum performance. Rebootimg your phone once a week is good for battery to. Also disable bloated apps that can be disabled. Some apps it came with cant be disabled because they are needed. And like I mentioned try clearing your cache partition after an update as there could be a small clinche thats causing it. Hope you get it sorted.

So I finally gave Exynos another chance and bought the S10+. However even after disabling and 'deep sleeping' most apps, the standby drain is too much on LTE and is in the range of 1.5-2.0% per hour when not used during day time. This much more than my ROG 2 which is about 0.7%/hour without any apps disabled (I dont use FB). I cant understand why is this happening especially in the same network and same location (everyone is at home now:). Is this the July update issue or in general? Am totally clueless and feel desperate to sell it off now.

Why do the photo and video quality sent on WhatsApp and Facebook always of low quality compared to the original media in my phone? If i snap a photo from my phone camera it will be very clear and vivid, but when i sent it through WhatsApp the quality will become so poor especially when i zoom the pics.... is this android problem or WhatsApp problem?

Maggi, 25 Jul 2020Hi Scorpio. How is your phone going after update? Is everything fine and running smooth? Hi Maggi everything good. I really don't notice any difference. No complaints before and no complaints now.
Maggi I notice you are now having issues with others regarding sd cards. My advice for what its worth is to not get sucked in and reply to every post otherwise you only end up getting aggravated and then aggressive to each other. Not worth the effort. I know that you don't appreciate unfounded accusations. Nobody does. Leave them to their opinions and move on. There are plenty of others who value your input.

Maggi, 26 Jul 2020Sorry Anonymous. Think you did say that you bought the 512gb ceramic black. I remember now.... moreBefore I prefered prism blue and green but now I'm happy with mirror finish on ceramic black. I have ceramic black 1TB version and it is little too big phone on some situations and memory too. But bigger is better and sure for future. In live I saw green, ceramic white and a lot of prism balcks. But my favourit two colours are mirrorish ceramic black and prism white because of reflections of colours and elegance. My wife has prism white A51 and is pretty too. :) On S9 and S20 series I don't prefer black frame on black colour but on S10+ series is silver or gray (ceramic).
