Lionis85, 21 Jun 2020I have this phone 15 months (S10+ performance edition 1TB with 12GB of ram,and this phone is ... more12months Usage. Still working at its best. Seems I might skip the s20 series. Well the year is almost out. I wil wait for the s30series. S10+ is a great device. I recommend it. Exynos Version.

I have this phone 15 months (S10+ performance edition 1TB with 12GB of ram,and this phone is absolutly greattttt!!!No problems with phone,just the battery 1 day,othervise is everithing just greatttt!The phone is a beast.Recomend the phone

Version network are pushing it to thier customers phones. Vodafone are pushing it out. 02 which is my network pushed it out to me and other customers So really it does need network approval. But you say where you live samsung just pushes it out without network testing it? Strange.... I really hope you get it next days. Because I would be angry if it was me waiting for the update. But I've said before I've been there through it with s9 plus. One time I waited over a month while others got it earlier. That went on a lot with me and I got so frustrated . But thankfully so far I've been lucky with updates. But you all deserve to get it on time.

By over there I meant their headquarters or wherever they're pushing the updates from... I've never had to wait for updates this long in the past, usually it enters within one week of release.
I am in Nigeria and for what you said about networks pushing the updates, it doesn't work like that in this part of the world. Here, Samsung pushes the updates and we receive it directly.
Network providers know nothing about updates... Everything is entirely up to Samsung and right now they're disappointing!

Maggi, 17 Jun 2020I dont know. And I've never used apple phone. So I can't comment on that. No worries, Its only because Samsung have many smartphones and they have to update it differently according to different smartphones so with different models they give updates timely and because of that it takes time for giving to different region.

Vodafone 02 etc. All do it. And like I've said with millions owning a smartphone it takes time to get updates to everyone. And many times I had to wait for updates while others got it before me. So I know whats its like waiting..

Maggi, 17 Jun 2020Samsung push.the updates to networks. Its the networks responsibility. They test it first. No it's regionally locked, when Samsung opens up the Region then that specific region will get the update, its up to Samsung not the network.
