Never said the phone was great what I meant was many of the issues listed on that post are mostly from misuse ,mishandling ,and defects of that device ,not actual flaws of the Samsung s10, the Samsung has excellent speakers and his are probably spoilt and the type c port becoming loose is also because of usage ,that's not something wrong with the s10 ,the phone not connecting to a system anymore also sounds like just malware or is probably related to His loose type c port .I don't have an issue with saying what is wrong with a phone ,but I have issues when you don't state general issues and start going into things affecting just your device which would reflect badly on the product as a whole

Cupcakes, 05 Feb 2021Assuming you've done all the basic stuff like charging it with a couple different charger... moretry wireless charger if not cable doing anything clean the port out as well that can cause issues with dust lint
otherwise probably need to send Samsung if tried everything or open it
could be sudden death to battery overnight happened before to s6
as long as its not water damaged they should sort it but they do like accusing people of these things and that means its not covered by warranty

Sam799, 09 Feb 2021I've just received the notification for Android 11 update.Updated my s10 here in Australia three days ago. All very good, battery about the same or perhaps a little better. No complaints.

Anonymous, 30 Jan 2021my phone dead suddenly idon know whats happen,after i finishedto send a massage i put the phon... moreAssuming you've done all the basic stuff like charging it with a couple different chargers and cables to see if it's a charger issue and force restarting by holding down your volume down and power buttons for like 10 seconds, all you can do it take it to a repair center to figure out what's wrong with your device.
