Still the best phone out there,there is only One drawback and that's the battery!.......Other than that it's close to Perfect..Oh yeah,I have the exynos version,I would love the Snapdragon processor,can't win them all........

My bixby button just came off - just the button cover, the clicky part is still intact.
Lucky for me, I saw it when it was half-way out. Did anyone experience anything like this?
The thing worries me is that i don't even use this button. So it's not normal wear and tear made this happen.
Anyways, hope I'll just be able to glue it back in place :)

I couldn't kill the battery, and the cameras were pretty good. Flat screen was also nice. I only returned it, because it was just too big for my personal tastes. You may like it. That was my only dislike, and that was no fault of the phone

But you would expect battery to be bad, any S10 you get now is probably 2nd hand or has been sitting around for a while. Its battery would have degraded quite a bit since April 2019, so I suggest getting a Galaxy S20 FE or Galaxy Note10 Lite if you want something.

I've pre ordered it as an upgrade from my old s5 and definitely not happy with the product. Just saying that my old s5 after 4 years had similar battery performances compared to the s10. Can't wait to change it even though is a good phone I really need a decent battery (if you can avoid exinos processors just do it)

I wanted to upgrade from my S7. This year's phones are too expensive, so I am in doubt between the 2019's S10 (I'll buy used) and this year's Note 10 lite, beause I can't afford the Note 10. Design, cameras and screens are pretty similar and the differences don't hold much weight to me, so considering that the S10 has the Exynos 9820 processor (in my region) and 8gb ram, and the Note 10 lite has last year's 9810 and 6gb ram, but has a better batery, will recieve 1 more year of software updates, has an S-Pen(apealing to me, but not a deal breaker), and I can afford to buy unused. I don't really care about wireless charging or water proofing. Are there any other significant differences and witch one is the better choise? Are there better alternatives in this price range?
Sorry for being so long, and i know this isn't a help chat, but if anyone wants to answer...

Guys, One UI 2.5 feels way smooth for me, and all transitions are reworked as well. Plus, Android 10 nav gestures work also for all custom launchers. Tell me, how was the battery life and other stuff has changed for good, or not.

dafi, 07 Sep 2020Samsung S10 is not water resistant although it is said to be :(What made you say that? Did your device get damaged after being under water? Perhaps you should contact customer service if your device is under warranty.
I also noticed some small gap between the front glass and the frame of the phone where I could insert a thin piece of paper. Did a bit of searching and found some reddit forums where some other S10 users were discussing the same matter. There, some were pointing out the fact that THERE SHOULD BE A SMALL GAP BETWEEN THE GLASS AND THE FRAME IN ORDER TO COMPENSATE FOR ANY SHOCK THAT MIGHT OCCUR DURING A FALL to prevent the glass from breaking.
Then later I went to a customer service center and explained my issue. The Samsung Technician there assured me that any water damage to the device is covered under warranty. (still this, I'm not sure if it's really true or not because ip68 applies to 1.5m and 30 minutes, and there's no way to prove that your device device wasn't exposed to deep / high pressure liquid unless there's some kind of a high pressure exposure indicator is placed in the device and the time of exposure.)
Also, I remember reading somewhere on the internet that any damage caused by a liquid is NOT covered under warranty.

My gf had this mobile model for months. Selfie, calling, video calling daily routine for us even I'm using cheap Xiaomi phone.
The only issue is coming from my phone, not this Masterpiece.
To tell you the truth, nothing is wrong with this phone unless its a defect issue.
Kudos Samsung, you did it again.

The worst phone ever. I had to take it as company phone. Fingerprint sensor works 5/10, after SW upgrade blue thoot is breaking the connection from time to time. Lucky I have 9 months more of this nightmare when I'll choose something else.
For all people thinking of Samsung, I am a fan of Xiaomi. And would recommend it without any hesitation.
