I cant wait until s9 plus gets android 10 which should be January. So looking forward to that. Also my galaxy Tab A will get it to:)

You dont have to download all three though (it's the same app with a little difference in settings). I downloaded Gcam, but didn't install yet since the Samsung Camera software is pretty good.

I had used a lot of Xperia phones in the past & they also did the same thing by giving only 2 major updates so I think it's common with all the android OS manufacturers.

Their are exceptions like Google and Oneplus. Launching just one or 2 devices per year should be a major reason for their extended support.
But well, I agree with you for the part where you had to pay for 700€ just for a 2 year device. I believe manufacturers should (and able to) update at least their flagship devices for a longer period of time.
And yes, coming to your final point, Apple is the best when it comes to software support. They support some of their devices even more than 5 years.

Samsung only provide with two android maior updates to my S8. It is hard to believe after I spent 700 euros to get this poor support from Samsung. So you lost a Samsung fan and I wil not upgrade to S10 because I going to Iphone 11.

I got the dual sim unlocked SM-G973/DS latin american version. Doesnot see US sim card, is this normal? please advise?

That's why when I got the S10+ the first thing I did was to put a tempered glass on it, better safe than sorry :-D

Better safe than sorry even about the house.

Especially with the price these phones cost. Times like that screen protectorrs would be a good idea to have on our phones. Still no update for good lock. Keeps saying preparing for update on s10 plus. But works great on s9 plus. Il post comment to let you know when I receive the update for it:)

By the way, have you received any update for GoodLock modules yet?

Woohoo finally on Android 10 on my S10. Has anybody notice the camera quality seems to be not so good on night mode. I compared my old P20 pro and it was the same. Now with the update it seems not as good in low light.

But like I've said if anyone is worried about thier screen then they should get screen protector. I personally dont have one on my phone. I had to remove it because of bubbles and few marks. Only for that it might have kept it on. Screen protectors are good especially if anyones prone to dropping thier phone wish is easily done. I've dropped my s9 plus once or twice and thankfully screen was ok. But it's easily done.
