Hi all I'm in South Africa using s10 for 2 months and have no issues, I'm a Huawei fan but I got to give respect to Samsung screen resolution magnificent, battery not so bad coz it give me whole day usage and I'm a heavy user, quality looks and feel good but screen fragile as it only fell once and cracked on the corner top of a front camera, talking about the camera I love it both front and rear I chose s10 over p30
Updated yesterday to android 10 still great so far only light heating up from antuntu app but haven't reset as most suggested.
All that said great phone I really suggest it

I got my own android 10 update today and have updated it.so far so good almost everything is working fine.the battery have improved but my faster charging is no longer as fast as before.

He has now purchased a folding protective cover for his phone. I understand that Samsung have offered to replace his screen for him.

I noticed battery drain. So I put it into recovery mode and cleared cache and then did factory reset. . Since then battery good. Back to normal the way it was before update.i S10 plus came with pre installed screen protector. But I had to remove mine because of bubbles. So I dont use any screen protector . When out I use case.

Updated to android 10. Battery life around 6hrs screen on time. How about yours?
And anyone using the phone without screen protectors? Any issues?

Right now the S10 is available for $595 in my country but I'll wait for some more time as the price will go down further on Christmas & New Year :-D

v4vijay, 14 Dec 2019Yes, Exynos version's battery life sucks.I've Exynos model and I've no battery problems. Even on pie battery was good. When I updated to android 10 yes battery was draining. But since doing hard reset battery is good. You can try reset. But backup your stuff before doing it.

zhan, 14 Dec 2019The Note 10+ have the sd slotYes it does. But I was commenting on note 10. They should have supported sd on note 10 also. Strange they didnt do that as many users still like to use sd cards. I do. I hope samsung brings it back on s11. Have to wait and see...
