Nothing crazy thoTrue, it has awesome output and rich enough with adjust options.. for almost yeah I use two devices because pixel 4 isn't good in terms of music.. this little guy is amazing, one compact device in pocket with great sound is what I prefer

Are you a troll or you didn't even read what I wrote? Do you realize I bought this phone (S10e) partly because I could use its internal ROM (256gb) and it has an additional SD slot (up to 1TB)? I also mentioned Pixel 5 but it has NO SD slot. Also most recent Samsung phones has no more SD card slots.
Having a big internal ROM 256gb or 512gb it has also definitely faster writes/reads speed which is better for managing apps, that's why I mentioned UFS 3.1/NVMe. microSDXC cards (which are slower than UFS) are a great option indeed but recent smartphones don't have those anymore.
That's why I bought an used S10e. I just wish I could root it which is not the case with Snapdragon.

Ill miss this when trade in one day, but till then waiting for Android 12 so i get another glorious year.......

Absolutely loving this device.
Guys, if you are looking to upgrade from an old phone such as a Samsung S5 or S6 , you can consider this phone as it has a up-to-date main camera with a ultra wide camera as well, that's all you need in real life.
The processor is good and so is the memory , no worries there , headphone jack of course, microSD card slot, dual SIM , and most importantly, the S10 line up is the LAST proper Samsung flagship phone before the pandemic, that is very important.

They don't mention the quality of the microphone system.
I stumbled upon it while experimenting with recording acoustic guitar. There is a microphone on each end of of the phone so it basically records in stereo. When listening to my playback through headphones, I realized when I walked by the phone when it's oriented on its side, the sound pans from one side to the other. The sound quality and how well it picked up the guitar really surprised me. Enough to try and do some multitracking using only the microphones in the phone for recording.
Wasn't long and I had the intro to Dead or Alive tracked and mixed pretty well for a rookie. 2, 12string tracks, 1 6 string acoustic and 2 electric tracks. Tambourine and some ambient birds all recorded through the phones microphones. As a handheld recording studio it impressed me enough I am still using it for recording

Compact phone are comfortable to used with one hand but i think with decent chipset from midranger can do most all the job done.

Security update for November was released today on my s10e & hopefully in February we will have the android 12 os update.

User22, 26 Nov 2021You are probably using the s10e with samsung exynos chip not the s10e with snapdragon 855 chip I also have an Exynos version, it is working great with good battery life. In normal use, il lives for 2 days.
I wish all new flagships will have a compact body like this S10e.

I guess we all have deferent experience, I have been using the S10e from the weekend it launched and I have only started to notice the battery dropping performance last week. But it's still not that bad
