Anonymous, 26 May 20222 years later battery barely last 4 and a half hoursOfficially, the battery should be changed after Max 18 months. Try to do this and you will have peace of mind.

I'm from Sri Lanka. My S20+ also get green vertical lines. Together we can ask from agent about this problem.

Anonymous, 23 Jun 2022green vertical line, out of nowhere. very bad for a supposed flagship phone It is very Bad, but Samsung has problem with their panel since S6 series and still every flagship has their owned unique problem, and FYI Samsung NEVER USE THEIR OLED panel ON TV until now, since Samsung has known Oled panel is not stable like LCD, Samsung TV flagship use QLED which is based on LCD not Oled

My samsung s20 ÷ green line issue.
Samsung should re call all the device and has to give them replacement. Other wise a big drop in the brand value

haha, 02 Oct 2021i had the same problem after putting on a screen protector but now my phone is back to normalhow did it get to normal ? anything you do ? Or somehow the green line just dissapear ?

After one and half year used this phone, lots of green line appear without any reason... no crash no crack and no even a bit dent!!! samsung please answer this!

I purchased Samsung galaxy s20+ 5G almost two years ago and I'm very glad with my choice. I use protective case so no issues with shocks so far. The glass is quite resistant to scratches, although it got few little ones. The phone is very fast in reaction and I am glad I bought the one with 128gb, with additional external card I worry not about any lack of space for apps or videos.
The battery life: you need to know how to maintain your battery life guys. I disable all options I'm not using at the moment (like location, some apps I rarely use but want to keep).120hz truly drains the battery so I'm not using it, this refresh rate needs to wait for better battery technology. I charge it every two days, with intensive use every day but it's a standard with large phones packed with apps. I understand the irritation of less lucky people who's phones work incorrectly, as it happened to me once I bought a refurbished iPhone and I hated this phone so much. But I have to say, if you people buy a new galaxy s20+, that works correctly and you are moaning about it, you might need to reconsider your expectations. A phone is a phone in the end, after you reach certain price it won't get much better. You're just spoiled or too attached to your old, often false memories.
It's actually the best phone I had. I'd like to keep it for next 10ys, wish me luck!

I just buy this phone second-hand Rm1500..and i just do update it from UI 4.0 to UI 4.1 and everthing is fine and got nothing problem with the screen...before i updating it..i download it first and let it cool down, close all the app..remove the case specially rubber case because it make more heat on the phone..after everything is cool i update it and put it on cool place...

Very poor quality hardware they are using.samsung is looting the custome.Never buy Samsung device.
