I already have android 12 ... the biggest problem with this equipment is the signal, it drains the battery like water between the fingers.

The problem started as some kind of flickering, 2 weeks ago. I looked up the problem on a samsung related website and they said to try using it in safe mode, so I did that. I uninstalled a few new apps and it was fine, or so I thought. Now this thing happens almost everytime I try to use the phone. I still got 7 months to go on my contract. Not sure if this thing is gonna last that long.

It’s made the device unusable for multiple apps or games & randomly opens apps / hits random buttons even when left on the table with no one touching it.

Been using a phone for little bit over a year. Quite happy with how it performed, even having the Exynos variant, battery life was solid for me 1-2 days, depending on usage.

From my own experience of using this phone I can only say it has been an ordeal using this device. The Touchscreen is probably the worst I have had to date. The Camera app opens but goes non-responsive and has to be shut down an re-opened to get it to work, The quality of the camera and pictures is basic to say the least. The phone/processor speed is marginally faster than a snail on ice although not by much. The constant drops in connection to Wi-fi or even the Mobile Network is frustrating and the device overheats every few minutes and has to be left in a cool spot to cool down and for safety reasons. That alarmed Samsung Technical Support enough to have it returned immediately.
I don't know about anyone else but my Passwords and Security Information is constantly being deleted and the Samsung Pass enigma is one of life's great mysteries....what does it actually do? certainly doesn't work in my device anyway. I have performed all the reset and maintenance rituals and routines and the phone has been returned to Samsung for repair but nothing has worked. I just cannot wait to get rid of this albatross for good.
Maybe I have been unfortunate to have got an exceptionally bad device I don't know but I won't be purchasing a new Samsung any time soon. I read the the reviews and the Tech sites etc. but none of those reviews reflect the reality for some or in my case prepared me for the reality of owning a Samsung S20 Plus. This was not a cheap phone and as a Flagship model I expected it to be at least good even very good but from my experience it has been shockingly bad. For the people who have left good reviews then I am genuinely pleased that they have got the quality of device that I thought I was buying.

IP68 rating is absolute crap. Phone was completely destroyed after getting wet for a few minutes. Samsung service center said main board, LCD, charging port was ruined. No point in having it fixed.

When I press the camera settings, it just shows for 1 second and then gone. I already tried wiping cache and restarting but nothing else works. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thank you.

I am the latest sufferer of s20 plus green screen of death. I am from India and had to pay INR 15600 (around usd 210) for the screen change of the one and half year old phone. I feel harassed and cheated. But Samsung won't listen. Seems like the joke is on me. Guess they go down like this only.
