Wow have you visited a Samsung service center in your life? I went there and they've actually confirmed it's a global issue because PEOPLE BRING IN THEIR DEVICE WITH LINES BUT CLEARLY NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE. Mine got a green line after just a week of usage, typically just sitting on a table all day as I have an LG I take to work and for everyday use. Not a single fall or scratch on it, just a good green line dividing the screen and you're here saying we damage it ourselves and lie about it? WTF? Be grateful you got a model that hasn't been affected, YET, but I know it will sooner or later.

this phone performance is still amazing in 2025, just that it has more and more green/pink lines. Right now my phone has 9 lines on the display, which makes it unusable

Hi there, I have S20+5G. When I bought it they told me that eSIM is possible. Last week I went to the service provider. After some inspection, they told me that this phone doesn't support eSIM service. Whom am I going to ask about it? It's specification says e SIM is possible. But not.

My S20 plus also died on me after just 3 years. The screen started to flicker and then 2 days later the screen turned bright white, did as much as I could to try and fix it. Other people online were having the same problem and said that replacing the screen had no effect.
This problem really turned me off of Samsung.

Guys, IF YOU DON'T WANNA THROW YOUR CASH AWAY then STAY AWAY from Samsung! Bought this device with years of hard-earned savings only for me to wake up just a week ago with a very distracting green line on a barely one month old brand new device. Hasn't fallen even once, nothing at all. Just a green line that makes me wanna throw it away. And the worst part, a new screen will cost just as much as the device itself. Please NEVER EVEN CONSIDER BUYING SAMSUNG. Go for google or other brands. This has been the WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! Brand new 5G device, GHC3200 & like within 2-3weeks, green line. My God i could've bought a google 6 pro and still have a perfect device and a good amount of change.
Worst decision of my life!! No center here in Ghana, Accra will offer you any free screen replacement.

Its worst phone as I used less than 3 years its get lines twice once they replaced free.do not buy samsung anymore as they used substanded hardware.

I currently have 14 lines on my s20+5g. 11 green lines, two pink lines and one yellow. And they all came without any negligence on my part. Mine must be one of the worst. My model is SM-G9860.😪
