I got an S20 (snapdragon) with Android 10. Should I stay on Android 10 or switch to Android 11?
I hear battery drain started on Android 12.
I'm interested in Samsung Dex and don't want to avoid too many updates to it. (some are ok)

Swapped my realme 9 pro + for snapdragon version of this phone, the battery life of a used unit like mine is really horrible, and after a day I got a bunch of dots and lines on my display, disappointed
s20 series are the best, even though i dont own one.
it comes with everything.. until the icrap 12 existed, s21 would no longer include usb c earphones and charging brick. just like buying refurbished phone with reduced accessories to maximize profit. have they mocked apple so hard that they follow suit??

Since this model omits the 3.5mm jack, does the USB-C port offer analog audio output like Sony phones do? I hate Bluetooth earphones, and I hate cheap DAC USB-C wired earphones which have an inferior sound quality compared to a phone which has a high quality internal DAC (like the Galaxy S10 or Sony phones). I don't care if there is no 3.5mm jack, I only care that there is no analog audio output because then I can't use cheap but high quality USB-C analog earphones.

Maybe the features are more advanced but... moreThe S9 had a infrared proximity sensor but they removed it on the S20 as they need to make the screen bezelless. They also removed the notification LED as well as the Iris scanner, not to mention dual aperture, SPO2, heartrate, headphone jack and the pressure sensitive home button. Samsung is cutting cost and it's obvious, even the new S23 and s23+ has only 1080p when the S6 had 1440p

I switched from samsung s9 plus. I am a photographer. Maybe the features are more advanced but I find the s20's screen worse. The colors are not as good as the s9. The s9 photos are more true to the live picture colorwise while in s20 photos are more neutral and dark no matter the settings you'll chose. The fingerprint sensor is not good and I don't understand why samsung changed to front fingerprint sensor after s9 instead of back. Back is way easier to use. Also when you speak on the phone close to your ear the screen becomes black as always but in s20 when you remove the phone from your face the screen doesn't react quick to become live again. It's very slow and you need to press buttons. In s9 the response was perfect. I only bought s20 because it's the last one that receives SD card (I don't understand the reason to remove this feature in later models SD cards are very useful) but I think I'll sell it for something else. Maybe not samsung and I've been samsung user for many years.

I switched from this to iphone because the android software just feels outdated and doesn't feel like it matches up with the hardware in the phone.
