I would recommend if it is in your return period, you do it and look for a snapdragon version to import.

Had my phone since Monday first day phone got quite warm doing simple tasks browsing the Internet going on YouTube making a few phone calls. then the next day done the same task phone didn't get warm phones been alright till today started to get warm again plus had 2 charge it twice a day. I understand its 5g plus the chips set etc I didn't buy the phone to charge it twice a day. people complain about apple iPhone been rubbish plus saying the battery life is rubbish for me samsung have made a mistake with this phone

Most Samsung S20s and it's siblings are a hit and miss, mainly due to the chipset. My buddies told me to get the Snapdragon version instead than the in-house Exynos. Bought the Snapdragon version, and NEVER encountered any problems so far.. battery lasts for the whole day about 9 Hours, phone normally warms up but not to the point of overheating. Looks like I got myself a hit!

It throttles, overheats, battery drains and lags HARD!!!!Had my phone 24 hours had to charge it twice battery life is rubbish oh by the way phone is brand knew also it feels a bit warm. obviously you can change the settings to make the battery last longer but why should I have to change settings to make the battery last a day considering the cost of the phone its a joke

S20 main camera has a smaller field of view than S9 or S10, meaning that only the center of the screen will be in focus. That is why Samsung added a close up option when taking a regular picture. Don't hesitate to use that option for subject closer to you, and the result is very good.
Great phone, but short battery as usual with super thin phone.

You can browse properly, watch videos, play games. The trend of almost 7" phones should stop, or at least they should offer alternatives like Samsung does. 120hz make my phone butterly, I love it.

If you want a bigger screen just get the S20+ or get some alternative, there are enough. I am tired of 6.6"+ phones.

my 1st bad experience was the S20+.
i don't understand how could you copy the 2 most idiotic features removing the headphones port and removing the back fingerprint.
and please help me remove the bixby from my phone its annoying, i don't benefit from it it only appears every now and then and mess up whatever i am doing on the phone.

Be careful to log out of your Google account before sending it, and delete your account on the phone....otherwise after reset they cannot register a new one (anti-theft security)
I always go to a Samsung shop to swap my phone for a new one, never had any problem. But sometimes you can get a better trade-in value in another store.

I've been using the s20 for 4 months now and can honestly say there is no phone out there that has a screen or refresh rate as the s20.The s20 has HDR+ with 120hz refresh rate.scrolling is silky smooth.10 out 10

The S20 5G is a nice phone with a nice screen, good battery life and is quick, but Samsung Switch didn't transfer all my apps from my old S7 and none of the settings. In addition my $250 S7 trade didn't want to factory reset to get the trade in value. Thought that I had reset it and sent it in and in response Samsung said it wasn't reset, so no trade in value. This even after being on the support chat w/Samsung and phone call to support. They would not give me more time to return to me to reset the phone before trade in time in days needed to get the credit. While the S20 works well I recommend all think twice before buying the S20 or any other Samsung device as their is basically no support if there is a hickup in the buying process.

Omg, this is way too narrow taaaallllll loooong ugly looking screen ratio.
Pathetic, you have to browse diagonally instead off straight.
Bring the 16.9 screen back.

Had it for a month already, perfect phone. No problem, even if battery is a bit short (but i use 120 Hz screen). You can never be disappointed with S serie from Samsung !
