As of now, what is the state of this phone? Is it worth it to buy it? I am considering this phone, but the bad reviews about heating and battery are preventing me from buying it.

Coming from a Pixel 3a, im really disappointed with the photos. Oversaturated, nightmode takes forever, night pics worse than the P3a. Ultra and tele are nice extras, but processing is a no. Other than that, yes it is a good phone. Oh and, buy the 25w charger, 1,5 hour charging is not 2021.

In Indonesia S20FE only available in 4G trim with 8GB RAM, 128/256GB ROM. The SD865 (SM-G780G) version is one of the best buy for its price right now since 5G implementation still in its early phase (need to wait 2-3 years to cover main cities & towns around the country).

It seems decent so far. Idk about other regions but here in Malaysia both 4g and 5g versions come with Snapdragon 865 and 8gb of ram so you don't have to worry. Just pay attention to the model numbers when buying and ideally buy from the official site if you can. G780G( Snapdragon 888 4G 128gb storage 8gb ram), G780F( Exynos 990 4G 128gb storage 6gb ram)< not available due to chip shortage, And the 5G idk what's the model number for that one.

I have been using this phone since last 5 months now. The only issue I got with the phone is the battery which drains very fast. I hardly make calls and use a bit of What's app.
In 24 hours the battery remains is between 40 to 50%. Let me know if this is okay or really there is an issue with the battery.

This phone SUCKS
do not ever buy this phone
instead of this phone with a terrible battery you can go and buy s20 Fe 5g which has snapdragon 865 and better battery
but if s20fe 5G is not available in your country, you are forced to buy a 70 to 5G or a52 5g

Even tho its only between 60hz to 120hz, in my daily use, it stopped the overheating way much better. Its just up to 43C degrees when i play codm at high setting. Just try it

I really lost hope for heating and battery issue for s20 fe. I used all updates and again fast power consumption and battery drain. I gave my whole money with this phone. Really disappointed 😞

I think this is a nice smartphone. I bought it in January this year, the exynos version. Dont pay attention to negative comments. The phone is quite good, it has the best camera, its really fast and has large very cool display. Dual speakers are awesome. Only thing that bothers me is the power efficiency. But I hope Samsung will fix it with next software updates.

I bought s20 fe exynos version in January this year. I think the phone is good. Dont listen to others who say that chipset is not power sufficient. It might not be the best but its not that bad at all. I hope that issue could be fixed with software update.

Please don't buy 4g it really sucks while gamming
while playing pubg for the first 4min you will get 60fps after that
it will stay at 50 45 30 fps . FPS will drop for whole game
i really wasted my moneyyyy

Got the 4g snapdragon 128gb 6gb ram g model in UK getting used to this it is a brilliant device no 5g where I live so 4g will work 👍

i just bought S20 FE Exynos version. its battery is so bad sometimes while using in 10 mins i 8 percent battery drain. SOT 4 hour 30 min. nothing in battery usage application my phone is updated 11 android and UI 3.1 July 1st security patch upgraded
already using phone on power saving mode , location off, 120 Hz off , keypad vibration is off
Does anyone have a solution regarding battery drain?
please please let me know
