its a smurf, 22 Apr 2024Yes everybody (esepcially everyday users) need and emulate the entire ps2 catalog. "emerg... moresure. because everyone exactly have the same preferences in life. just using their phone for social media.
yeah emergency storage. like you recording 4k video while you travelling and then you found out the storage almost full, you just pop an sdcard, problem solve. have you even have try a decent original sdcard? not a garbage chinese sdcard? sure use the cloud.especially chinese cloud service, the best right?
i see no reason to telling someone who have no idea about sound quality to get a real decent headphone, you know a wired one and start listening to better recording. if you happy listening to garbage, good on you

its a smurf, 22 Apr 2024What exactly can a micro sd card backup? PHotos and videos? Cant you backkup those to the cloud?how much do you have to pay for 512gb storage for cloud? you know they only giving you free 5-15gb cloud storage right? and then what happen when you filled up those 512gb? you have to pay more for 1tb or you want to be a sucker, spending hours just to pick which files you have to delete? but i guess for someone who only using their phone for chatting and social media, storage would never been an issues in their life. and what happen when you don't have internet connection? can you access those cloud? maybe you're travelling into remote are, you're hiking or i don't know in flight?

I am talking about normal usage except gaming :
I agree that S20 FE 5G and A52s 5G are gem of smartphones. But if you are concerned about buying new phone (money no matter means), then buy the 256 GB im 12 GB RAM variant of the A55 (available in India but not in the gulf). The users there say good about the exynos chip. Some are blindly bashing the exynos chip. Do not believe them.

if you don't have the money for a newer more expensive flagship this is the way to go. For the year that I have been using this device I have ran into almost no problems and if they were it was more software ended than phone ended. The cpu's great you can play most games at a decently high frame rate and the screens beautiful. the only kind of bad things is the battery when using 120 fps or many apps during the day. and the only other problem is some of the wireless charging being a bit slow. and the last thing is theres no way to update to android 14 which can be but isnt a security risk. the cameras decent for its price but it isn't the best so if you want better video or photo just get another phone with a better camera like the phone 1.

Michal, 23 Apr 2024The convenience comes from ability to connect these headphones to your phone without dongles, ... moreUhhh..why would you need dongles ect if you go wireless though? Why dont you go wireless and see if it works for you? Once you go bl..err wireless you wont go back ;)

I do agree that needing DAC for when you want to connect to an aux outlet for a car for example is lame...buut most cars nowdays have Bluetooth built in.

im not actively supporting it (not having the option to have a micro sd slot). Im just accepting the reality of the situation and dont keep complaining about 4 years after they have fully commited in not including sid features for their flaghsip lineups.
I believe the ideal compromise would be to reintroduce hybrid sim-micro sd slots so one could fit their needs accordingly.

TLDR: you dont really need 3.5 jack so that why they removed it so let it go xD

its a smurf, 23 Apr 2024A quality wired vs a quiality wireless pair of headphones have litterary NO difference for me.... moreThe convenience comes from ability to connect these headphones to your phone without dongles, BT DAC etc. And quality headphones don't break that easily....
And still what my point is, I don't know why would you so aggressively support having less features?
Inferiority comes from having more useful, practicall and able device, which is what's being taken from us while somehow being advocated for some to me unknown reason.
Like exactly why you don't want SD card? It's convenient to gave massive storage on you phone, or is it bothering you somehow?

If you can actually detect a diference and its not placebo, then good on ya mate.
There is litterary nothing convinient in using wired headphones. Want to workout? Gotta have the phone always next to you. Want to go for a run? Same deal basically.
Want to have a shower wearing headphones? Forget about it. What exactly is convinient about having to have your phone next to you at all times?
Longevity is a joke too. In the experience of litterary anyone i know, wired headphones eventualy do go bad from twisting the cables. No matter how much i try to take of them they will eventually wear out and stop working. Wireless headphones have a degrading battery sure, but in my experience they have faaar outlived any wired headphones ive used.
for refference the max ammount a wired headphone has lasted me is 8 mayybe 10 months and ive had a loot of pairs back in the day. Meanwhile ive had my wireless headphones for 5 years and ive lost like what? 30 mins of playtime? Out of the total 8 hrs?

so you tell me..who is pitching the inferior product (for 99% of people) here?

SD Card is literally only thing holding me to this phone. There is no other phone with good camera (4k60 + OIS) and SD card except for overpriced Sony Xperia 1

Most phones are forced to record uhd 60fps content onto the internal storage, preciselly because micro sd cards are typically too slow.
