Neither your iPhone nor your iPad Pro can do that.
It's hilarious You're the one bringing in tablet to compare with smartphone only to get schooled on the fact that Android smartphone is better than tablet or smartphone from iOS.
There is a reason why Android is the best ecosystem on the planet for a smartphone.

The exynos will ran just as fast as the SD. The hardware is already too powerfull for phone daily usage, only the software can bring updates in terms of speed right now. Better continue upgrading the camera,screen,battery which is a lot more important that some 10% more multhitreading performance for apps that use only 1-2 cores and useless more powerfull gpu for games with 2003 pc graphics that can run perfectly on mali400 if they are optimised.

Gsmarena did tests, tons of other tests done by YouTubers as well. IPhone is a joke compared to dedicated gaming phones with high refresh rates and built in cooling.
IPad doesn't have a ecosystem for gaming accessories. Not even a dedicated game mode for granular controls. Not even air triggers.
Heck the latency is more compared to gaming phones. Rog 2 smokes anything on the market. It has Lot of under the hood improvements not found on any gaming phone or iPad.
Besides, iPad pro is a tablet. Why compare it to smartphone?

Anonymous, 17 Feb 2020the Exynos 990 is samsung version for the 865, its because Qualcom is used mostly for US like ... moreTry to buy samsung with qualcom chip you wll never turn to exynos,to my experince with exynos soc ,i keep them in the class of mediatek,unisoc and other midle class cpu but you cant call exynos as premium chip, only premium chip on earth are still two apple soc and qualcom .
