I'm not an apple fan but as they only make one device at a time with exactly the same hardware, this means that the devices are highly optimized, this is why android has to compete by releasing devices with ludicrous hardware, because android will never be as optimized as iOS, perhaps the pixel device (namely why their camera stands out as the best)
Sorry but it's just the way things are, I still wouldn't buy an iOS device, however I will admit that what they do well. They do very very well.
It's up to you if your needs are met by a device / ecosystem that gives you limited access to a device that costs more than a decent 2nd hand car.
Personally? Nah.
My S20 ultra comes on the 13th, got the galaxy active 2 watch to go with it.

Personally I would get Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro instead of S20 Ultra if I needed a new phone.
Yes the Galaxy S20 Ultra is a little bit better in terms of screen and camera.
But the Mi 10 Pro is half the price.

[deleted post]But nobody is gonna live forever life is short so its best to buy as many things that give you pleasure as you can and travel places go on holidays etc. What's the point working everyday for money and letting it just sit in your bank, you wont reap the benefits of giving up 8 hours a day of your time at work otherwise.

End of march 2020 (1st reviews start of april) can't imagine what p40pro premium 5 camera rear setup will do to s20ultra :) yes no google services, but there will be HMS alternative, which will get stronger every month and new popular apps will pop up as Huawei will pay them billions to do so and who does not like money. Future is bright :)

8k video quality seems okay..but still too much contrast added. Samsung need to add flat color profiles in settings
