with odinThanks, sorry just saw this. The phone just cycles on-off every 5-10 so I can't go into hard reset or any menu to put it into a mode to accept software. Took it to 2 phone shops and they cant help
It was my last Samsung phone. Now moved to Oneplus Open

I am really a samsung user. I bought this in a rush for emergency reason. and i'm glad for that decision. since it was released up to now, the service/work of this phone still the same. no lags, no overheat, long batt life, great camera settings. good for games too. i highly recommend this product.
