Just recently (2 weeks) purchased the (Phantom Black) S21 Ultra and WOW!!! The pictures are amazing and love the directors view video capability ( Awesome )!!! I like the weight of it -- feels good in the hands (white shoes calm down/floss). No problems with anything thus far, the screen is amazingly beautiful and crisp. Sound quality is very respectable and clear. So many good qualities of this phone --- Definitely my new favorite!!!! Also --- I so very much appreciate Samsung's smart switch--set up the S21 like my old phone perfectly--I didn't have to do anything-- very genius!!! Only had to reapply my theme and wal-lah--done!!! Yeah I'm def a fan of S21 Ultra (Beastly)!!!!!

S21 Ultra already received OneUI 4 based Android 12 update back in mid November here in India yet there is no news elsewhere or here in the product specs.

Ken, 03 Dec 2021Thats why i didnt think twice when i swapped my iphone 12 pro to this s21 ultra.S21 ultra is great, but the only problem is exynos that they sell outside the US! And the worst thing is bloatwares, which is the main reason I have decided to move back to iphone because of exynos that heats up really badly on a moderate basis to heavy basis!
Even if folks who wants a good device with reliable hardware that the software is taking advantage of, they simply just wanted a good long lasting battery life, advanced cameras, solid performance, better displays that does the job better in colors, and reliable service reception!

I thought they promised to ditch the exynos entirely and sell them a snapdragon variant rather than just selling them an exynos variant, which causes various problems! But it feels like samsung is way too lazy to just ditch the exynos entirely, according to sammobile's recent reports!

I bought recently, a month, SAMSUNG S21 ULTRA, purchase price 950 Euro, variant with 256 GB, and behaves exceptionally. It has no competitor, no other phone, not even on the existing Iphone on the market. He's the KING of phones in 2021.

DevWarehouse, 01 Dec 2021I agree, except I bought the Z Flip3.Me either, but don't get me wrong, samsung phones are great, but the iphone is intuitive, seamless, and quick and there is nothing else wrong to say about it!
It's up to you to decide whether the 13 pro max is worth the extra cash just for a camera to start with youtube videos as smartphpne camera are improving so fast!

I was in the middle of a situation where I was planning to stick with iphone or not!
If I switch to another brand, I would lose some features that Apple provides, but I don't want to like talk trash about Apple or let down any brands!

[deleted post]Lol, the z flip 3 nd the 13 pro max are both really good, even if folks just wants a seamless and flawless device at this price point, they simply just don't want to run into issues with it!

I think I'll try to purchase the iphone 13 pro max next year and not the z flip 3 because of exynos problems!

I hope my region isn't affected. But since I'm going to be using the Z Flip3 for a while I'll just stay up-to-date on the S22 once it releases.

Out of a complete wafer in manufacturing only a small number of SoC's are fully functional. Because of this some markets which previously received only Exynos equipped devices will now be offered the Snapdragon 898. Samsung has yet to announce which region(s) will be affected but regardless of it's improved benchmarks I wouldn't consider the Exynos variant until it's proven to be a reliable SoC.
