Honestly samsung needs to stop using exynos. They definitely lost a lot of faith in their customers. They should definitely use their chips for their mid tier phones but these are considered to be top tiered. These are what goes up against Iphones. However I think the Samsung galaxy s21 ultra isn't bad. I hate the idea thought that there is no SD slot. I know they want it to look more modern but there's some things you don't get rid of and personally SD cards are one of those things you shouldn't take away. The battery life and the Camera quality though are so amazing however it's impossible to send photos using the 108mp camera through messages without it being blurry and pixelated. It has some noticeable flaws but it's not bad. I personally gifted my brother a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G and it was a definite upgrade from the Xiaomi he had. Upset that there was no SD slot but that's the exact reason on why I had to get the 512gb version. Usually I would just get him the 128gb version but with no SD slot you're kinda forced to get a more expensive option unfortunately. Especially since he does a lot of work on his phone and also games with it. Also one thing I noticed is that while the battery life on it is amazing I noticed the charging port is ass. Sometimes it takes forever to get it to start charging and I don't know if it's something wrong with the cable or the charging block but after three to four months of owning the phone it just started having these issues. I don't think everyone has this issue because I never seen anyone complain about it. One thing though is that Samsung definitely stepped up their game and it shows. Let's just hope the next generation is even better, hopefully they'll shock us even greater next time!

This Phone is an absolute monster! the camera is unbelievable I Once took a 100x space zoom at the moon and the detail was immense, the size is perfect 6.8' display is Ultra and the phone is ridiculously fast and responsive and i've never killed the battery in a day, the only 2 things i dislike is the massive camera bump on the back of the phone but that's just being picky the storage also falls behind compared too lets say Apples 1TB storage with the 13 but overall i love this phone and i recommend to anyone who wants to go all out on performance, camera, size and battery life

The 13 pro max is, but the battery life on a 13 pro max was still as good as the s21 ultra's, and it's far from causing issues for me, Mainly because of the optimization on ios, but it should age pretty well after it was released!

IMO, get the version that's officially available in your country.

Sure, not on the level of the 888,... moreYou only get lots of memory if you pay a steep price about $400 USD more for the 512GB device. Samsung S Series worldwide sales have declined every year since the S10 and eliminating External Memory has undoubtedly contributed to the fall. It's also a matter of functionality,. When I aquired the S10 it took seconds to insert the MicroSD with all my data, photos, music and videos. When I upgraded to the Ultra it took hours uploading all those files from my laptop. There's no compelling reason for a $1,400 device not to have External Memory, certainly not because Samsung decided to follow iPhone.

Sure, not on the level of the 888, but at least the battery drain issues and inefficiencies are fixed. I can take a slightly weaker chip if it means I get good battery, that's fine by me. Don't edit 4K RAW H.265 on my phone anyways.
I've seen other commenters talk about refusing to buy an S21 because of the lack of expandable memory. Honestly? You get lots of memory with the phone already, and it's not that hard to port any old data from your old SD card through your computer into the phone via USB-C. Seems a bit blown out of proportion to me, completely disregarding everything else the phone excels at. Screen, cameras, battery, throwing all that away just to scream on GSMArena forums about no SD card.

Especially considering the price, which are not worth the deal, but I'm seeing others facing issues with Samsung and their exynoses! Even with the alternatives, they never sell me whatsoever, just like the pixel 6 pro!
And also, merry Christmas, and have a trashy new year!
