I have a samsung 21 Ultra 5G (Australia) and i've had network issues with it for the last few months. I've taken it in to samsung to repair and once getting it back from them i found the problem was unresolved. I am using a sim card which works on multiple other phones, yet the netork (5g, 4g etc.) doesn't seem to function except rarely and wwhen it does it barely gets any speed (Max 0.2 mbps). Calls as well seem not to work and when they do, the reciever can't hear any audio (Microphones all function perfectly btw).
Now i know the soslution to this is just buy a new model but i actually love this version of the Ultra without the Pen slot so if anyone has any ideas what the issue might be, lmk

T D, 15 May 2024use Odin tool, down load G998U1 rom and flash it. Had a search. I've figured out what Odin is. It was easy to use.
Flashed phone successfully - Android 14, and One UI 6.1 - SM-G998U1
All seems well. Excellent. Many thanks!

It's still a great phone. I have a problem though.
I've got the SM-G998U (USA) version, but I'm not in US.
I'm stuck with Android 13, One UI 5 and cannot update it.
Also the 5G does not work, but I'm not that bothered 4G is ok.
Anyone have any ideas how to update? many thanks
