Samsung will use Snapdragon 8 Elite on all three Galaxy S25 phones, claims yet another tipster.

According to Ice Universe, the Korean company will not use Exynos 2500 or Dimensity 9400, which might be a chip only seen in the Galaxy S25 FE.

Samsung opting for an all-Snapdragon approach could be due to yield issues with the Exynos 2500. Reports from Korea revealed that the new 3nm process is not as good as expected, and more chips fail to pass quality certification, leading to unstable production numbers.

Initial expectations pointed to a Snapdragon chipset only for the Galaxy S25 Ultra, while the other two would be split between Qualcomm's and Samsung's own chipset depending on market.

This is the third time we have heard this, and while we cannot verify it the odds of it turning true are pretty high. This particular leakster is usually on point with Samsung rumors, too.
