It does not have OTG . It will not be upgraded to lollipop . And it has gorila glass 2 ( not 3) . However its still a really great phone , in my opinion .

Apparently you're probably buying the older version which have the code of i9192 which is a 2013 released S4 mini. If I'm not mistaken there are a lot of different version of S4 mini which is the :
- i9190 (2013 base version)
- i9192 (2013 dual-sim version) *You probably bought this one
- i9195 (2013 LTE-enabled version)
- i9197 (specified for Chinese market)
and the latest released,
- i9195i (2015 LTE-enabled)
Not to be confused but the 2015 model is really identical with the 2013 predecessor. The only thing that is different is that the 2013 S4 mini is using the 32-bit Dual-core Snapdragon 400 while the newest 2015 S4 mini is using the 64-bit Quad-core Snapdragon 410.

I bought this phone around December 2013 but the specs are little bit different. The phone has dual sim option (micro sim). I am still using this phone till today because it is very handy, camera is good, dual sim and built in storage.

S4 mini I9195 has good specs, but I've read multiple good an multiple bad comments from users.
I tried it, it was OK, a very nice phone, except a (big !) problem : Each communication (normal 2G mode) ended up (cut) after +/- 10 minutes (!). Impossible to continue whith that.
The S4 mini appeared to me an unpredictable phone. Back to the reseller.

this is a good and impressive phone and i love it,but i feel its production was highly unnecessary for just minor changes.its pretty much not different from the i9190.

'Unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped', screen freeze, spontaneous restart. Many issues still unsolved. Better get a different phone as Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini is not reliable.

i really love s4 mini, match my desired choice of samsung phones, its speculations are good enough for me as a person and eazy to handle.
