I HIGHLY recommend this phone. It is easy to use, and it's really light and really nice. A lot of people have issues with the thumb print lock because you have to have your finger the same way every time, but I love it because I've figured out the trick! My boyfriend and mom both have the s5 as well and they both love it!

I used to love this phone so much in the beginning, but I haven't even finished paying it off and it's trash...An enormous lag, can't have more than 2 apps on at the same time, I did factory resets, wiped cache, got a 64Gb memory card..nothing helps. $700 for a year...

But u can go for s5...
Has ir, water and dust proof, good battery, 1.3 +1.9 processor, 5.1, good camera clarity both sides...
I'm using it, is awesome..
No problem in anyways...
Note 4 also has the same configuration and better stylish than s5(appearance)..
But a big draw back is.. no water and dust resistance...

Then again put your battery in the phone.
Then press the power button and the volume up/down button for 5-10 seconds.
Then the phone will on and there will be four options.
The last option will be factory data reset.
Use the volume up/down button to highlight the 'factory data reset' button and press the power button.
The mobile will automatically will be reset.

S5 is still Samsung or android best and excellent quality phone.
There is hundreds of reason (Believe me) but I throw you just few good one.
1: Best battery life then any flagship phone
2: amazing screen and brightness
3: Stability and smooth running on Marshmallow
4: lots of fictional add-on like 'Smart stay & heart rate monitor"
5: Best and ideal screen size 5.1 not too big and not too small
6: Best form factor
7: Removable battery
8: SD card slot
9: Price is very much lower now with high end flagship phone
10: Camera is excellent

Well folks, when is the latest update for Samsung galaxy S5... Other medium range handsets are updated with android 5.1.1. Being it is a flagship still it is with Andro 5. No further updates. Windows or IOS offers updates to all its phones But Samsung show partiality... I planned to move windows OS. It seems for better no lag at all... Hate Samsung, Hate. Hate. Hate....
