DO NOT install the latest sw update! Battery life cut to HALF after this update.
@Samsung: did you do that intentionally?
p.s: could I roll back this update? (I did the update in the beggining of 2016)

I bought this phone in June 2014 and still use it right now. Love the performance, beautiful display, battery life, quality of camera. Finger scanner much better after update to Lollipop 5.0. For me, S5 dust and water resistance help a lot especially when my kids play around with my S5. Good quality of glass screen even though so many times got dropped. So far the problems in S5 are lot of bloatware in apps and sometime getting hard to auto focus in camera.

Had my galaxy 5 for 9 months and the charging port burnt out for no apparent reason..didn't have insurance so I'm still paying for a phone that can't be fixed...

I have this phone. It is on lolipop 5.0
My s5 is a Verizon device from USA and can't find update from my mobile setting I guess because I use it with another sim.
and way I can find update available through Pc in Samsung kies
Should I update it from there or not?

Got myself an s5 16g gold lte model its a great phone as i used an s4 lte before,not sorry for getting one,for the haters out there i have no words for ya!!!

I bought this phone in July 2015 and and its good. Delivered by ebay in a week. This phone is good but the features it provide are useless...so plz dont waste your money and buy an apple as An APPLE at least signify standards

it is the worst phone i ever have, i hold it around 4 months,it is too slow i believe it is 2.1 dual core max it always freeze, bad battery, very slow camera with bad focus. with my all experience with Samsung, all are bad except Samsung note.

I have had this phone for some time now, and I am really disappointed. Battery won't Las for half a day, I have to plug it in athe least twice a day and at night again, which makes me carry an external battery all the time which obviously has no sense. If you dare use the ultra power saving mode, you'llegar live a flashback to the early 2000s which again has no sense, plus when you do come back, all your screens, sound preferences and keyboard preferences are gone. I used to have a Galaxy S4 and I'm very sad I changed it.

I'm not impressed with the camera.
Things I like most about this phone are wireless charging & really good battery.
