Vspi, 21 Jun 2015Hi everyone m trying to buy Xperia z1 o Samsung s5 wich is better...the best option is the GS5 i got it thats why i say so its fast,good appearance and the best part its made out of plastic which makes it durable , its not easy to break....i have dropped mine like 100 of times but i still got it

They do not actually work, regardless the operating system... I think the S5 got the ultra power saving mode after the lollipop, you can try that... or else disable the inbuilt apps which you don't use...

Anonymous, 19 Jun 2015Samsung did a big mistake by giving only 2GB RAM for this great device, they should have given... moredude.. rather than complaining on the bad specs better be thankful that it has 2G.. other smartphones has lesser Gig for their RAM's in a much higher price..not cool man

after upgrading to Android 5.0 battery drains fast. i tried installing some app for battery saving but it wont work (i guess all of battery apps are really not working), i also disable all features that i dont need like auto-sync, gps, etc. any way i can make my S5 more reliable to use, i really hate it when i can only use it for a day. do i have to do factory reset? please help me. from Phils here.

Received lollipop a week ago.Here is my experience:
+faster & snappier than before (improved performance).
+improved camera performance overall.
+improved loudspeaker performance.
+better RAM management.
+charges quicker than before.
+more fun to use than before.
+less throttling and less heat than before.
-switching off takes 10 to 15 seconds whereas before it was like 2 or 3 seconds.
-reduced standby time.
-noticed one app crash and one freeze (maybe compatibility issue with certain or pre lollipop apps or something like that).
So far so good.Definitely worth upgrading.
If used cleverly phone last 3 to 5 days on light usage.
Hope android m pushes things even better.
