Else, i would recommend a factory reset (after backing up important data) to see if that happens again. If then, that still happens, better contact a service support because you would have some malfunction.
Bought a Samsung Galaxy S5 through Optus 36 hours ago. As soon as I left the store, my phone kept turning itself off and restarting and displaying an error message. My local Optus shop did a factory reset but the problem remained. Optus store can only send phone away for assessment under warranty. Optus, the company, flatly refused to replace the phone or let me out of the contract. Samsung may have a good product but, as with all manufactured goods, a percentage of them will be duds. So, if you want decent treatment when you've been sold a faulty product, don't buy through Optus.
One very angry consumer here.
I purchased this phone around the end of 2014. Since then, I have been one unhappy customer. My phone keeps going into "mute" mode. I will set it to sound in systems, and 10 minutes later, I'll look at my phone and see that I've missed a call!! The phone is next to me on my desk or the table, but never far. When I go back into systems, its on mute. I don't get it. This happens everyday and it is most annoying. I have a small business and I have so many calls. Its not good business practice to continue to apologize to potential customers.
