Brad666, 17 Feb 2015anyone can explain what bloatware are?
Bloatware are "normally" software polluting a system.
As usual, people are exagerating on the term they use / are being unfair just because they don't try other brands or lie to themselves.
As all owners of S5 know, most of Samsung apps are not installed by default, we've got to install them from Galaxy Apps. So for them bloatware are : Smart remote (remote for TV), S-health, S-voice and Galaxy Apps market.
To make my point, here are other brands :
on my LG G3, i have McAfee Security family (wtf?), LG Health, LG Smart Tips, LG Voice Mate, LG Remote call service and LG Smartworld market (and a few i don't remember i uninstalled directly out of the box).
On Sony phones, i forgot since the last time i've used an Xperia but there are all sorts of Sony markets Video unlimited, music unlimited and maybe another one, Xperia care and Xperia Lounge.
On motorola : moto alert, moto assist, moto connect, moto migrate, spotlight.
All brands have their share of more or less useful default apps (you'll guess which ones), but ppl need to bash at samsung only.
And google is the one bloating our phones with all their play apps collection : play movies, play games, play music, play books, newsstand, hangout...

Brad666, 17 Feb 2015guys how may i know if my samsung s5 is an octa core.... im having trouble recognizing my phone I think you can see it in several ways :
-on the back of your S5's box, there's a description of the cpu with its speed
-on top of your phone (between the top mic and the 3.5 jack) there was a very small sticker saying something.. (like Qualcomm 4G for quad core)
-your phone's reference (on the box too, G900/905 etc..)
-by installing apps like antutu
anyone can explain what bloatware are?
