How the biggest pho... moreI think its a very good phone only reason samsung lost on sales is because it is very similar to S4 and nothing new except water proofing and small imporovemts but camera is super, battery life is ok and design is not slippery like s3

Just got S5 as a gift....still trying to get the hang of it..the most irritating thing is that internet pass through option is not available...which I used to love on my HTC....

the phone samsung galaxy S5 was good but the battery life was a big disappointment for normal use its only six hours or half day even you charge it full so the specifications for the battery was a big lie...eryone hate this because everyone has a unit experienced this..

Will it unlock it from vodafone? i am very comfortable using odin..Thanks.

The S5 is water and dust resistant and had the best display of any phone until the Note 4. As far as low selling, it is the second best selling phone in the world in 2014, so Samsung are doing fine.

How the biggest phone company would dare to launch such a phone is beyond my comprehension...
A smaller Note 4 would have been better. Hope S6 will bring something new but i doubt it...

AnonD-1385, 10 Jan 2015The S5 is an outstanding smartphone from the smooth operation to the camera (camera is really ... moreI have both and done a small test..Colours are bit more deeper but screen is loads sharper and very noticeable..The Wave and S2 were my only ever super amoled plus screens and maybe thats all there is..
Awaiting S6 but this too i reckon will have pentile display..I would rather have S6 with 1080p super amoled plus display rather than QHD pentile.

The S5 is an outstanding smartphone from the smooth operation to the camera (camera is really outstanding) but I have one little gripe, the display. Yes it looks sharp and vibrant but the trouble is I have a S2 as well. The colours on the S2 looks more vivid, more colorful...I guess due to it having a Super AMOLED Plus screen (only member of the Galaxy S family to have it). Even with the S2's resolution being less than HD, I still feel it over the S5 Full HD screen. I have put both phones side by side and gone through the various display modes and in each mode viewing the same image/same video clip and the S2 looks more vivid to me. I know the S5 screen is a better overall screen but you can see the difference between the S2 RGB compared to the S5 pentile matrix.
Does anybody else share the same view as me? Is anybody else feeling the S2 screen over the S5?

I was actually working on my S5 phone hope luck will be ... moreI wonder what would happen if someone brought a claim against Samsung? proving it all would be nightmare. The only way round this is what i do and don't believe hype or manufacturers to show a legally binding video of WHAT water resistance FULLY means.
If you are saying you are absolutely sure the back was fully closed like the little animation shows then Samsung should foot the bill.
I remember the JCB phone that was able to withstand being run over by a car but a member of BBC Click team broke it on the programme.

i am using this phone for few days.before s5 i owned z2 and z3.display on s5 is great colours are vibrant.people here often complaint about battery life but battery life of s5 is very good.if u know how to use it.the most beautiful thing about this set is its wight.it feels really good to use such a light wight set.front camera of s5 is better than z2 and z3.rear camera is also good.over all really worth every penny just go for it.and people who own korean crap please dont comment and misguide people
