i own 2 samsung S5...one is dual sim from uae and 2nd from here india with warranty...thou iam very angry with Samsung india as I have a defective piece...my camera is rubbish..onve I tried to compare both phones as my wife always complained about bad pics. so I went to Samsung service in Mumbai. I showed them both my phones...1st they said or its because of scratch guard...then I laughed at him saying there is no scratch quard. nxt day I went to collect my phone..they said they replaced the camera module...but to my shock when I went home I checked my camera and it was still rubbish. I wrote a mail to Samsung india.. they said go back to service centre.. now I hope they really repair it or give me a new phone...my phone is just 1 month old..got of 37k.shocked at Samsung making a customer a fool

p.s. the phone its like a mini version of the note 4 with finger print sensor and water resistance.

So you might wanna kill all the apps running in the background when you're going to browse the web. :)

So dont think about this temprature..
Iam using samsung note 2 this fone also getting hot when i used continuesly internet

In feature unfortunately if your device got any problem no one can repair that mobiles.and also you.cannot get the spare parts of othet products instead samsung..
So my advice is. Buy the samsung producut.like
Note 3 super fone.battery backup also super.
If samsung phone work slow..you self solve this problem..
Backup your data format the device 1 or 2 times thats all..

I purchsed a Samsung S5 with a full price at the end of July. I was told the phone has a one-year warranty from Samsung. One day in August the phone was fully charged at night. I went to bed, next morning I could not start the phone. The battery was completely drained. I got panic because it was fully charged, and I did not use the phone as I was sleeping. I called Samsung Tech support several times. The first representative ran couple tests to make sure I was not running Apps that would use a lot of power. He found out I only installed few Apps that did not use much power at all. Then, he asked me to bring my phone to AT&T to have real human beings take a look to make sure the phone was not water damaged. (Well, if the phone were water damaged, how could he run tests on my phone?). Anyway, I went in to a store, and a representative looked at it. She confirmed the phone was good, and it was the battery problem. I called Samsung back. And, this time the representative told me in order to replace the battery, I had to send back the battery in my phone to Samsung first! And, it will take minimum three weeks to process my request!!! I told her it was not realistic to leave me without a phone for three weeks. She said she agreed, but it was Samsung's policy. I told her it was not fair because Samsung's policy is set up in a way that no one could use the warranty. The representative agreed and said there was nothing she could do. i requested to talk to a manager, and was told the same thing. I told them I could give them my credit card information to make sure I would send the bad battery back once I got the new one. Samsung refused to do that. It is just so bad the way Samsung handled a warranty case like this! Just wanted to bring these problems to people who owned a Samsung S5 or any Samsung phones!

After reseching for a week i decided to buy sony xpria z2. Because i used samsung s3 gt19300 and my brother used galaxy s4 and now he is using s5. I noticed that if u buy a new samsung phone. For a few month the phone will performe like a lion on the beast. But after a few month it will very slow. My s3 and my brothers s4 and also s5 is laging for most of time. One of my causin is using note 3. Its good. But 5.5 inch is not so comfortable to use besides 5.1 or 5.2 inch display. So, there is a risk of using samsung phones because they became very slow and they lags a lot even with the 2gb of ram. Sony xpria z2 had no problem that i found by internet. Above note 3 and z2, i think z2 is better because its waterproof, its comfortable to use, it has a lot of features in camera, battery backup is great, music quality is awsome and most of all you can play playstation and x-box game and its very fast and never gets slow like samsung. So my advice is you should buy sony xpria z2.
