s5 it seems to a good phone , but s3 has a software of which when you put it in water it can last for a day without getting spoiled. Does s5 also has it? thanks

And I always use Nova, the stock TW launcher is like IE for me, it's for downloading Nova :D

Moto X is my c... moreOh. About the micro-stutters (yes, they're not lag) you can easily install a launcher and change the animations. You'll see that the lag is gone. It's the stutters in animations that give this feeling.
Also there are other workarounds. You can go in Dev settings and increase, decrease or turn off the animations. In any case, you'll see increased smoothness and gone lag.
