Absolutely Worst Phone and too Worst service from Customer Care. Phone is down in 24 hours. and No help at all from Retail and Care. Such a Waste of money. Never buy Samsung Products.

I am a regular user of Samsung smart phones, since V long, recently i have seen that all Samsung smart phones hang, have used Galaxy S, SII, S3, S 3 Deos new. Grand 2 deos & S4 The problem of software hang is too bad & irritating. Want to buy S5 but am thinking of changing the brand to SONY or HTC, any suggestions?

I don't want to live on this planet anymore. RIP 1080p, RIP cortex a15, RIP DDR3 RAM, RIP 13 MP camera, RIP better update schedule.
You really don't know anything and shouldn't get a smartphone.
I use an s4 for more than 1 year and no problems. I used note 2 before and even the screen is enough to upgrade from note 2 to s4.

I use s4 for 1 year. My s4 is heat and the machine is broken T.T i want s5, but i'm affraid if the s5 have tthe same problem.

If you have this concept then simply don't go for S5.the S4 is the most waste dump phone in this world, i have used this s4 for more than 4 months after gettin gtoo much of heat. i have sold this and i moved to the note 2... note 2 is relly awesome when comparting the s4.. goi for note 2 and say bye to s4 guys...

hey guys im really interested in buying the S5 but im unsure as to because its over $4000.00 in my country. Also, i've heard some bad stuff about the S4 such as the call hang ups wen u place it close to ur face and the overheating issues. can someone tell me the pros n cons of this device...esp the cons.
